Vélodrome André-Pétrieux
The race from Paris to Roubaix ends on this long concrete track, after a whole day on bumpy cobbled roads. One lap is almost 500 m, twice as long as most indoor tracks. The bends are low, and a grass bank runs round the outside where the fans stand. After the race, the riders wash off the mud in its famous old showers.
